  1. Just saw this thread, urge you to keep a check in the interest rates. The more you pay the more interest they will try to lobb onto your overall debt. Be careful, even if you make the regular agreed payments keep a running excel account of each balance to see if it is getting reduced.
  2. Worked hard most of my life. Always made payments on time, and lived within my means. I fell sick (terminal illness, so they say), so have not been back to work. Spouse still works no state benefits. We both fell ill at the same time. Spouse now has a permanent disability but still manages to work. Problem is are we being railroaded? Have two homes. One we inherited and another a house we brought together. The latter should have been paid off for in 2011, but it had an endowment attached to it. Since banks near collapse and state takeover. We have been told that endowment never existed. House contractual terms was a 21-year mortgage. Now into year 24 and the financial institutions I borrowed from say that I have to continue paying until 2020. Never contracted for a 30-year term. Back in the day there was no such mortgage available. Went to quasi-agency watchdogs and legal profession. All state ‘they are not allowed to go against the state.’ So we now have a house that has become uninhabitable due to an arson attack with a mortgage attached that we cannot get rid of. Letter received from an unknown business person. Wants me to sell property to them. Said I would if they would cover the authority’s fees and the mortgage pay-off. The company did not return my call I do not think it fair, as paid for the property FIVE TIMES OVER with the amount I have paid over the years. And now I still cannot get rid of it because the area is priced capped and below the mortgage value. Seen a programme called “The Estate,” where they did this in Hendon Middlesex. Houses not in bad condition just need cosmetic updates. They built over the road. Shoddy comparison in my book. First Year all the tiles blew off as they were the new tarmac shingle ones. Wall in my home are so sturdy you drill with Masonry bit and sparks fly. So question is, am I being railroad?

Thing is towns officials say I still have to pay 150% tax on property. Even though its uninhabitable. (No bathroom or kitchen), been ripped out for the past 10 years. But officials say because it still has a mortgage so I must pay. Did that paid and am still paying. They then sent me a letter informing me that rubbish has accumulated on property so have to clear it. (have not been to the property in 5 years since illness). But apparently it’s my fault there is rubbish. Have to pay for its removal. Am paying for it. Another letter received from an unknown business person. Wants me to sell property to them. Said I would if they would cover the authority’s fees and the mortgage pay-off. The company did not return my call. But another letter stating that I was about to be put on penalty default for the rubbish. Had suspicion that the person to asked me if I would sell was responsible for the rubbish there as I have been told by old neighbours and friends that they recently did some work on the property next door but they did not hire a skip. When I spoke to the authorities on this they just stated it was not their business and they just wanted money off me. If I am paying 150% tax on the property and am not living in the area. As do not have any of the amenities and utilities that they provide (include waste management – Bin Collection). Then surely they should be clearing up the waste on my behalf (part of the 150% property Tax I am paying for or at least giving me a discount on tax for the property. Only I do not think it fair when half the street in that area is unemployed and qualify for a discount and we do not. Despite being disabled and non-residents of the property. So question is, am I being railroad?
  4. Can anybody help I am looking for a Solicitors who can help me deal with the minefield of a Council Tax Liability Order in the South Yorkshire Region. I have had a letter (first time from this firm), stating that they are acting on behalf of the Local Authority regarding outstanding Council Tax Charges. I have been in constant contact with the council and this letter says I must not contact the Council but them. does anyone know of a solicitors firm in the South Yorkshire Region that can help with this. Disabled person in need of help here
  5. My thread was not meant to be left wing extremists. It is a comment made by an ethnic minority born here and still treated with derision and disrespect by a system and a Prime Minister who is supposed to advocate equality and a FAIR DIVISION OF LABOUR. As I have stated in the thread all the actions above have been put in place by Policies he has revoked or implemented in the last three years. They have, taken our homes, put up our TAXES Council and others, have stated that we the 50 some things who are the ones becoming older and needing assistance in the future are not allowed to rely on a state system WE PAID INTO. Because those who have put the policies in place have made sure they ARE PROTECTED BY EITHER PRIVATE MEDICARE or better yet will be able to move from this country when help is needed in their old age. I had savings against a rainy day. They took that by then stated, "Endowments Policy, whats that?" This was to off-set MY OLD AGE. I have a house, I want to leave for my grandchildren/child. Apparently they are now being told that if I am too old to be taken care of IN MY OWN HOME. They will forcefully remove my body to an OLD PEOPLES HOSPICE and they FORCE MY RELATIONS TO SELL THE FAMILY HOME TO PAY FOR IT!!!!! I was actually told that NONE OF US IN THE UK ACTUALLY OWN OUR OWN HOMES ANYWAY ITS ALL OWNED BY THE STATE. My partner, fell sick and we asked for assistance from the local government as his pay was reduced to STATUTORY SICK PAY because he was on long-term ill health, a situation caused by being so stressed and exhausted at work to keep paying the bills and TAXES. He was at work, collapsed and rushed straight into SURGERY. He survived and for what? As he strived to recuperate he got his wage cut down to £89.00 per week statutory sick pay. When we asked the Local Authority for help (as directed by someone on this website, and a charitable organisation). THEY GAVE IT. THEN WANTED THEIR MONEY BACK as SOON AS HE RETURNED TO WORK. We negotiated as many did with the LIABILITY ORDERS. The result is he now has to now try and PAY BACK to the LOCAL AUTHORITIES THREE TIMES MORE than they gave us under the guise of PENALTY CHARGES and Admin Costs etc. Further to this and worse. We approached LEGAL BODIES to assist us in SORTING OUT THIS MINEFIELD OF A SITUATION we got told THEY WILL NOT GO AGAINST THE STATE. So go back to the Local Authorities. I inspected the governments guidelines on such policies. I calculated that we should still be entitled to assistance as our wage is well under the governments qualifying guidelines. BUT THIS IS WHAT WE WERE TOLD. Question: "Do you own your own home?" Reply; "Yes," The Local Authorities reply; "Then No!, you are not entitled to assistance.” So whether you think its left wing extremist or not. This is what is happening NOW AND TO UK's own PEOPLE. This is how us 50 some things are being treated and what we are subject to. AND THE LATEST BUDGETARY POLICY seems to cement it even more. We are NOT ALLOWED to put away for our old age that that what we have is being stripped from us. AGAIN MY QUESTION IS WHY?

Restrictions in Freedom of movement Being “Forced to work,” From Dawn to Dusk just to be given food to eat Not being allowed to accumulate and “Assets,” – Personal Possessions Being “Punished,” if you attempt to air an objection about this. This is what I learnt in History and it is called SLAVERY. Being forcefully ejected from your home. Even though the piece of paper says you own it. Being forced to “Pay Additional Costs and TAXES,” while others not of your hue, Religion or creed are not told to. Being hearded into Segregated Areas for Education, Career, and Residences. Being denied “The rights of a naturalised citizen,” in the country you were born in. This is what happened in South Africa, Germany (world war II), & South & Middle East. It is called geneocide. We were and are told it is not right. If you are being denied the RIGHT TO PURCHASE GOODS. Because the Banks, Finance Institutions are deliberately denying you those rights. To, have restrictions placed on your financial freedom so you cannot see a more profitable alternative for yourself. Being denied access to the Law and Legal Bodies to have SOMEONE/ANYONE to Fight for those rights in your corner. To be SICK AND UNABLE TO ACCESS a system that YOU PAID INTO via your NHS Taxes etc. And then to be told that because you are now classified as Disabled, Old or Mentally challenged and you OWN YOUR OWN HOME. That medical care facilities, benefits and assistance no longer apply to you. (Despite years of paying to a system which stated in was your insurance against the worst happening). This is tyranny. So tell me please WHY DID WE ALL VOTE FOR IT IN THE LAST GENERAL ELECTION? And PUT IT’S LEADER IN POWER!!!!!
  7. Reason I wrote was that my bank did the same. However as an ex-bank employee myself. I was able to get the matter sorted. Only thing is that if you get paid on the 2nd then you need to inform the bank and Mortgage lenders to readdress the payments date to 3rd or 4th. However if you are like myself and get paid every four weeks (not on same day). Then you have a problem. So I would ask the mortgage lender to give you a weeks grace and pay over the counter in cash or via your card. However this may involve further costs on your part as the mortgage lender may charge an additional fee for this service. Bottom line see Bank and get it agreed in writing. Or if you can afford it ask a solicitor to help you. I am no spam. We ALL HAVE QUESTIONS THATS WHY THIS SITE WAS SET UP. The Fact that you are so hostile on defenceless persons makes me wonder are we reading the blog of a banking Official? because your propaganda attacks on an individual was made to intimidate and ridicule!

What was that about being rubbish?!!!! as stated originally Banks are not honest anymore and this comes from their Legal Side. Beware. sorry Mate did not mean to insult you.

  11. Was it an Endowment Mortgage, because they are nortorious for this. Best go to a solicitor (if you can afford it), get them to write and ask for copies of Title Deeds, Charges Register and a copy of your Endowment Policy if you have one. They will try and prolong giving you details as the longer it takes the more chances they have of your handing over property under repossession. So as a matter of urgency see a solicitor. Otherwise they could take the house from you.
