  1. E-On has recently started sending me bills for in excess of £10,000 - yep ten thousand pounds!! They have an incorrect MPR number and are sending it to my name at my old home! The MPR number at my old and new address do not correspond with the MPR number they have either! I have told them of their mistake and also asked for a breakdown of the account but they have never even acknowledged my emails. I have told them that this MPRN is NOT ours and nor does it belong to the address on the account. Mr brother now lives at the old address so I know that E-on is totally wrong. He is with Shell and I am with Bulb. Neither of us has been with Eon or npower. When checking the database there seems to be 2 MPR numbers listed for the one address but no-one can tell me how to rectify this either. I do not know where else to turn - any suggestions would be more than welcome.
