thank you all for your info so will I have to go & take photos of their wording on the boards at the car park which is Stretford Mall, Stretford. M32 to send to popla with copies of my BB.. Do I need to send my reply letter to popla as although I said I had a BB I didnt send proof to them, like I did last time. I actually thought they had all my stuff I sent from last year kept on file. Also would it go against me because the rest of the stuff I wrote in the letter to ukpc re BB saying that BBs are purely for parking on public highways etc etc. I actually park there a lot as this is my local shops, I see the same ticket issuer all the time there. So they are obviously not bothered about issuing a ticket even though the same cars are seen there regularly as they only have a few disabled parking bays.

Hi the parking co is ukpc. They have addressed the letter sir madam. It says in this letter I have 28 days from their letter dated 31 july to appeal to popla or pay £60.

Hello I am new. Can u please help. Got a parking charge because I didn't display my badges whilst being parked in a disabled bay on3.6.14. They wrote to me I replied telling them "The driver is a registered disabled &has a blue badge. It fell off the drivers knee whilst being distracted. I went on to say conditions were not breached as blue badges are purely for parking on public highways. (The charge was given at a shopping mall.) I went on abt disability discrimination, a breach of stat code of practice. they ignored this & in next letter wanted to know name of driver & proof of BB. After reading stuff on forums I ignored this letter. Now another letter dated 31 July has arrived with a pay up or Popla appeal. A popla ref number is in letter. Should I appeal or ignore. If I appeal with my copies of BB, they then have my name. Also what should I Write ?. This is the 2nd time this has happened by accidentally not displaying my BB. First time I sent copies of BB with reason they let me off with a reduction of £15 to pay. I haven't mentioned this too them this time - help
