Hi We bought a sofa from this company back in Feb this year, we paid a £950 deposit and told it would be 16 weeks. We tried to call the shop at the weekend but is was disconnected, so we drove to Droitwich and found the shop closed up. Any advice on what to do next? As has been mentioned there were no company registration or vat numbers on our receipt. We did pay £850 of the deposit on cc but how do you show that they are in default without any correspondence or receiver appointed ?
