Ok, do I have a case, not sure what to plead.

No....just boxes to tick re pleading guilty, or not guilty.....and requesting witness statements....There is a "part 3" which is for mitigating circumstances?

Requisition...to appear at a redditch court etc...authorised by Patricia Wolley....statement of facts - on 16/12/2013 the defendant having previously kept motor vehicle xxxxxx filled on the change of the vehicle , to notify the secretary of state. Notice of penalty.....derived from section 59 2 a of the vehicle excise and registration act. There is also a witness statement from Rachel Loftus...looks like the dealer sold the car on the 25 Apr. Xx

Hiya....only received the summons today. The salesman said he would happily take a call explaining they lost the logbook, but I will ask him to put it in writing....They managed to get a new logbook as the car was sold in Apr....The thing is my husband just px'd his car and the dealer took all the logbook again.

Hiya.....please help. Received a court summons this morning. Part ex'd our car in December at a skoda dealers and was asked to leave signed logbook with them to sort out... ..3 months later received first letter from dvla.. .wrote back saying the above. Heard nothing back until today. ..phoned up dealer to find out what happened and was told they lost the logbook so needed to reapply for a new one.. the dealers have let me down. ...I have 3 weeks until my court date - any advice?
