Hi I took rooftop Mortgages to the County Court a couple of years ago asking them to produce the original mortgage deed which they did not it was just a copy the judge referred me to the Chantry Court. I pulled out because my friend stop advising me. I have now found evidence that Rooftop sold its mortgages for 200,000,000 to Farringdon No2 PLC plc I am now in the process of going back to the County Court if any can help please reply on this thread.
