  1. Bought an item from Amazon market place seller. Item was despatched March 20th. Arrived damaged in transit. Photos & email were sent to seller on Thursday 24th including advice to seller that item must be collected before 1st April. Seller clearly advised item is rejected. March 26th seller advises that they are liasing with courier. March 28th seller is again reminded collection must be before 1st April or collection cannot take place until end of April (I am away travelling). No response from seller. March 29th seller again reminded that collection must take place before 1st April as "time is of the essence". March 30th Seller asks good day for collection. Advise seller Thursday or Friday between 9.00 -15:00. March 31st seller advises now can only do 1st April between 09:00 & 17:00 (not exactly convienent). Advise seller only in between 9:00 - 15:00. No response from seller. 1st April seller advised no collection as of 12:25 p.m. Advise seller have made arrangements for school run to be done by someone else. No response. As of 5.00 p.m. no collection from sellers courier and no response from seller. Taken 2 days holiday without any result. Now I'm off for 3 1/2 weeks and also out of pocket. I don't see why it should take over a week to arrange collection of a damaged item and me staying in 2 full days is certainly reasonable enough (unlike the courier that says any time between 9:00 and 5:00. Suggestions? Latest response from seller:- "hi sorry about this but you got alright not to be happy about this they should have delt with this from in the week. i got to fine out who was dealing with it so it can be sorted out when you get back thanks."
