Have spoken to them they seem to acknowledge that it has been set up wrong.. Asked us to send over the letters and they will look into it. Is it possible to amend the IVA retrospectively ? Hope this is not going to cause problems I thought this would behind us all as long as we kept paying the IVA as per the schedule... Thank you for replying

Hi, Me and my partner recently entered IVA together with Payplan after struggling to manage our debt problems for many years. When we listed all our debts are only Joint one was our bank account overdraft. My partner does not work and a portion of my salary is used to pay his IVA. The overdraft was only listed in my creditors list and now the bank have started chasing my partner who is in IVA for the amount. He/We obviously have no way of paying it back and now it been passed on to a collection agency. Are they able to do this what concerns us is that on our creditors list the overdraft only appears in my IVA and not his. Any advice would be appreciated have also contacted payplan but as yet have not heard anything back. Cheers
