In february I accessed my right to voluntarily terminate my agreement on my caraven with Barclays partner finance. I had made all payments on time and the agree 50% and account was all closed. My credit shows a default of 7000, I am speaking to the company to resolve the issue. Will they remove the default when all sorted out and because it has been on my credit report will it affect further credit as I am trying to buy a car. Someone said it could affect it for upto 6 months. Does a VT affect credit rating? Even if it is an error
