  1. They have sent a letter saying they will set aside the judgment .. its a old phone cash back deal that went wrong..
  2. I did owe the money which i told them i will pay so they need to my consent to send it off. Hopefully it should come off has the legal team have sent me a letter saying if i can prove at the time i wasnt staying der then they will draft up a consent form.. at the time the post was not forwidid to me because of family problms. Just recently i realised i had a ccj when i had done a credit check
  3. They advisor in they legal team said they will draft a consent form to have it removed.. she said she would ask to have it removed.. this is why i am asking foe advise is there anything i should look out for when the consent form arrives..
  4. Hi i have recently cheked my credit file and seen a ccj on there the guys i owe the debt to are arrow global. After getting in contact wth them and telling them that at the time of your letters being sent regarding this matter i had fell out with family and was not living there. They have agreed to set the judgment aside . They said they will send a consent form to me and i need to sign and return it to them and they will send it to the courts. Does this mean it will completly remove from my credit file. Thanks
