  1. thanks I will persue this !! I know they want to cancel it as it was a bargain !!!!I will write to the chief exect ! There must have been others who saw and booked this holiday - I wish I could find them !!!
  2. only on the confirmation email - name on card -card number-expiry date-amount taken £xxx ! The person who has been the bearer of bad news has just sent me an email copy of terms and conditions that state Thomas cook do not take responsibility for system errors ! so now I assume the only complaint I have got is that they didn't notify me there was an error !!!!!
  3. no not till October ! I booked it on the 23rd april and have only just found out today that it is a mistake !
  4. I booked a holiday online on the 23rd april to Dubai with Thomas cook. I have just found out today ( when I received my credit card statement ) that they have not charged my credit card and the holiday was a system error ! so tough - the holiday does not exist !!!!! I have a confirmation email with all the details of the holiday on it but now they are saying it is a mistake ! what can I do ?
