I am about to go bankrupt with debts amounting to 95k, I have no assets except for a personal pension plan which I am told is exempt from the bankruptcy. My concern is over the past few years I have been given small amounts of cash from family and friends which I would put into my bank to pay bills. I am only talking about £100 here and there is this something the OR will pick up on and want to know about?? Does anybody know how far back the receiver looks into things??
