Was unfortunate enough to land myself a Parking Charge Notice from Excel, for "Parking without displaying a valid ticket/permit". Usual gubbins about paying £100 if not paid in 28 days. Looking at the ticket, there's nothing filled in for the site number, which is also required for their payment slip. Would I be best off to ignore it, as has been suggested on other posts? Apologies if anyone is repeating themselves. Ta.
