  1. Mine is on the blink; the battery, I think, which drains quickly and charges up only intermittently. So I might be joining the queue of complainants. for those who have tied and failed to get refunds/returns, I reckon your best bet is to complain to the Trading Standards department of the seller's local authority. Trading standards Officers have wide powers to sort out problems like this.
