Gary deadline has passed for Lloyds to send me there copies of there case statements as the court case is the 6th of dec. what do you think we should do now?:-|

i think im going to even hold out for the no conditions settlement too just to twist the knife a bit

well all the relevant documentation and paperwork has now been filled at the court and copies sent to Lloyds solicitors. so now just have to sit and wait for the big day 6th dec unless they bottle it before hand. kinda hoping they wont ive got alot more confidence now all the paperworks done i want to watch them squirm............ :D
