1) Is there any objection I can make to the petition which has been automatically served after failure of IVA? The IVA has failed in part because I was not made aware that funds had to be introduced at the start to cover bankruptcy. Although this was an amendment by HMRC the IP never mentioned it and never made me aware of the amount to be introduced.2) Can the petition hearing be adjourned / delayed to allow me time to contact the creditors and attempt to make a proposal?
