also there is no agreement number on the bearly readable cca and they have charged me an acceptance fee

the cca i have at the moment is bearly readable i need them to send me a better copy along with the statement of account will post it as soon as i get it

if the account is in despute then should i carry on paying

Hi new to forum i have seen you have helped many people with discrepanceys with welcome finance. i have recently reveiwed my account what my wife dealt with and noticed i am paying £100 pounds a month but only paying a few pounds off my account each month. i have sent for a cca what i receved but could not read most of what they had sent me as it is very blured and small and i have no account details yet to tell me what i have payed into the account i also have ppi on the account but they say i haven't please help as at he moment i am never going to pay this debt off
