Iv contacted the bank and because we cancelled the order we cant get money back unless we go trading standards Really stuck on what to do now ??

I ordered from these mid February and because we cancelled the order with them the bank are saying we cant dispute it as its a change of mind ??? What can i do now to get the money back ??? Any help would be appreciated
