Hi I'm wondering can you help as I'm seeing some differing of opinion on what can happen here with bailiffs from this company. I was awoken this morning by a bailiff from Marsden who threatened to break into my house with a warrant that is not even in my name what are my rights. I didn't let him in but showed him my ID and asked him to leave after some arguing he finally left I've tried contacting the court they confirmed there is a warrant for the address but not for me and have just referred me back to the company can he break into the house or not What should my next steps be.
