Hello, I am looking for some advice about enquiring about PPI. I had a Capital One credit card from 2007 till 2013. I was thinking about enquiring where I was charged for PPI without my knowledge. One prob me is that I only have the last four digits of the card I had. Would Capital one still have my information on hand? What is the best way I go about finding out? Thank you.
