  1. Persevere with Skiworld and follow ABTA rules. They may be slow, but we are getting compensation after 3 months fighting.
  2. I want to find out if there are other disgruntled Skiworld customers and customers who have not had a satisfactory response from Skiworld. If we join together perhaps can we encourage a better response to complaints and a better service for future customers. I was also wondering if there are forums or action groups already set up that have had success. Thanks for help
  3. Skiworld seems to be unacceptably reticent when comes to dealing with customer complaints and indifferent to the seriousness of issues. We may need help to encourage action from them. Is there a forum, or a customer action group for fighting travel companies like Skiworld? Anyone else out there dissatisfied with them?
