Says the client name is ARROW GLOBAL GUERNSEY LIMITED (Never heard of them) then reference numbers and a outstanding balance and asking me to contact by telephone urgently.

Have received a letter from a debt collection company called AIC I have no knowledge of the debt but am concerned to contact them by phone as they seem to be very aggressive from what I have seen on other posts. Can any one suggest my next step, should I write to them telling them I do not know this debt ?????
