Hi I have experienced terrible service from Home Comfort - left without heating for days - unable to fix my boiler - just walked away from the problem. it cost me £350 to get British Gas to come out and fix it. They subcontract the work to inexperienced engineers who carry no spare parts with them. Their complaint handling system is a shambles. In short dont use them- i will be taking them to the small claims court to recover costs.
