    No unfortunately we dont have all the necessary statements so may just have to go with it in this case. The credit card balance was never over £1k so the claim maybe seems fair. Not sure why within a week the offer went from £NIL to £100 then to £900 though without any extra input from us.

    Hi We had 3 PPI offers from RBS re a Credit Card starting at £NIL, then £100, then £900. Is there any way of trying to increase the claim even more? or would you accept the 3rd offer made? Thanks Mark
