I got a letter from Lowell's this morning, contacting me about a debt I have no clue about. They've not included an amount owed and the company I'm supposed to have an account with is one I'd never heard of before today (Shop Direct), when I did a bit of googling to find out what was going on. I'm certain I've never taken out an account with these guys. The googling also turned up the forums here and the good advice posters gave. I'm not sure what to do here: what do people advise?
