I've sent my prelim letter and heard nothing from HSBC, I sent a list of charges with the letter. (Used one of the spreadsheets) I've just found this nice colourful spreadsheet which looks like it should have been sent with the prelim letter. My question: Can I send the nice colourful one now with LBA?

I did Glasgow 3rd June! So I just take those columns out and send a list basically?

Bon Jovi fan, me too. I'll make sure to put that at the bottom of the letter. Can you help me with the Days since offence and 8% interest columns though, what do i put there?

Im a bit confused, I have my statements and I have counted up the charges. The next stage is prelim letter right, but about interest, which spreadsheet do i use and which one do i use to list my charges to send with the prelim letter?

Not only have HSBC sent me all my statements, they have sent them twice! They didnt charge me though.

Can you just leave the interest off If you want to and just claim charges alone? and about a schedule, should i make one myself, like a simple list?

Can I claim back interest that has been taken off when I've been overdrawn or is that just my problem that I was overdrawn? Also has anyone had 'Card Misuse' or 'Bankers insurance' charged? Also do i need to send a list of the charges and dates when they were taken with Prelim letter?

Just wondering if i have this right... Ive sent a letter asking for statements from my bank, which they have started to send. What is the next step please? Do I send another letter asking for the charges back?
