  1. Sadly, I do not have any legal cover on my home insurance policy (something I will certainly put right in the future).
  2. Hello all, Thank you for all of the advice so far. The current situation is that the company have had four opportunities to fix the problem and the roof continues to leak. I am at a loss to what to do next. The representative from the company is visiting on Wednesday to discuss the situation. What would be the best way to proceed from this point? Any suggestions? Steve
  3. Took silverfox1961's advice and gave them another chance. Didn't leak for 11 days and now it leaks again. Am I entitled to say this is not fit for purpose after three failed attempts to fix it?
  4. Have had a new conservatory constructed 5 weeks ago and it has been leaking ever since. Company have been out twice to it but have failed to fix it. Have paid out over £16000 pounds so far with just over £3000 still to pay. They seem now to be not returning my calls. Any suggestions as a next step to get them to take some action to put it right. Steve
