Hello all, I am new to the site and would like to know how to make a subject access request to a mobile phone provider, such as EE or Virgin? What information does this request entitle you to? I seek evidence of text messages sent and received. Ideally I would like the text message content also. The police have access I hope we do to to our own messages and phone calls.
