CEX are a sham, i bought a laptop which was faulty, took it back following day and they refused to refund me. this was the branch at North End Road in London. the manager didnt seem to understand consumer law and instead said CEX had there own rules and 'laws'. I began legal action against them and they soon backed down but i would never recomend cex or ever go near one of there stores again.
