It's not an emotional blackmail as you think ... I think you guys can't understand the situation !!! I took the advice which was given me here to call TFL prosecution office... And the next step sending the letter with the proofs of my visa and etc... So if it will work or not we don't know yet and we will see... Please Stop spreading negative energy which Just damaging my psychology more and more !

Hi ALL He just read the comments here on the 2nd page . And said they were very patient with you. But i know this is also about my skill of expressing my self in english Also what i did i called the presicution office to speak to some one. A lady answered me and i gave her my ref. number. She said i should send a letter to presuciton office about the issue and say that i am going to pay all the costs and fine etc. i said sure i am going to pay all and explained her about my situation. She said to me to send all the proofs of my visa and etc. and said mention all the details what i told her. Thanks for the good advice and i still don't know if that will work but i pray for it and it will never happen again. Want only a chance only one !

I helped so many people in life without expecting any thing and always was careful in life and never even been to a police station in my life . Thats way i guess i can not concede it ! And also i think comparing the rules with my country and thats way i never thought this was that much serious issue here. I was geniune yes i used it 24 times in 60 days but was not using it just to enjoy london and go anywhere... Plus wasnt working for 10 months and had no money. Also felt so dawn during the period to ask my partner for some money. I didn't know that i need to have an appointment to go there(TFL office) so going to call them asap for a meeting. I hope they can give me a chance to pay all the fee ... Only God is impeccable... That should not be a "must go to court" they should try to understand also my sitiutation ! First of all i'd like to thank you that you hav written such a long comment just try to help and explain me about your opinion I have a few things to do now. Firstly going to speak to them in their office very soon. If i can't be succesful then will talk to my lawyer to fill the forms with me as she said and she going to write a letter for me to read at the court. Because my english is not that strong to express my self. I will ask them to have an out of court settlement at their office and at court i dont know if that will work but she said that happen a few times ... Third thing this issue damaged my phycogoly and thinkin about to be returned to my own country My family will force me get married with someone plus if they will find out about my sexual orientation my life will be in danger as well also going back will destroy my relationship. Thats way i am now going to go to my gp and ask him to refer me to hospital for seeing a psychologist. I will explain everything and will give the inspector's name to be written on my hospital report due to his lies. Also i can't still understand using some ones oyster card is a criminal issue which is not in my country ! You pay the fine and that finishes there . That also caused me to use it... By the way i want to ask every one that if they download any movie or mp3 song which is illegal ?? I am sure they didin't or this is not the same thing (their excuses) And also yesterday i used an expired voucher in mc donalds to buy a fill-o fish . I hope mc donald's won't sue me

My freend i guess again i have to repait myself. i am not saying they should award me for this mistake. I already told them and offered to pay all the fee of my travels and the penalty. And i was told that they are already going to do that without hearing about court ! This is the issue . I wasn't honest when i was using it also he wasn't honest when he was encouriging me to speak ! Also if i was malicious i could have use it 10 times for enjoying London but not ! as i said 24 times in 2 months ! That could be looked also like a goodwill ! And i dont think this is compeletly abusing the system ! They had a 2 option correct ? 1 ) Fare 2 ) Prosecution. They could have checked the card and see i havent used it just to enjoy ! They could have looked it in this way as well before giving a desicion about court ! really i am enough upset about this and don't want to make it worse for me just going to have rest and try to not think about it. Also will try to go to their prosecution office very soon and ask them to talk about it. Wıll say that i am ready to pay all the fee and fine plus court fee and will explain my sitituion if they can cancel the court and make an out of cour settlement as their inspector promised that day ... I dont know and dont think that will work but there is nothing i can loose anymore. İ know my brother and actually i never keen on benefits beleive me. But i have a big problem about my chest , lung and liver. Which affects all my life . Giving me so much tiredness , sweating at nights , asthma , coughing 24/7, breathing problem , plehm , walking difficulties because make me tired so much and breathless ... Also cold weather affect my chests a lot that way i really shouldnt walk out so much. My doctor said they are going to take me in very soon and she said my threatment will go on all my life. if i cant get the freedom pass i cant afford paying to tfl in anyway its really so expensive. Buy the way i work 3 days as part time because no one hires me due to my visa. A friend of my partner helped me to get the job . And i rememer when i got my flr-m visa they gave me a paper where was written the benefits which i shouldnt get . There was a list of them. i think this freedom pass is not one of them but i will be so carefull about it thank you so much for the advice. By the way since i caught i have to walk 20 mins to get to work and then taking a bus and of course there is another 20 mins when i come back in the morning (i work midnight and coming back early morning so its always so cold) I really hope those walkings affect my chest worsly and then maybe get rid of this cruel world easly. Last week some one scatched my partners car very badly and there is even no camera on the streets. and of course we couldnt find who has done it. İf you charge me like this at least find a way to keep us in secur. One little note : some country dont even charge people to use transport which is all free. this a role of their councils. İ know this is not possible here of course but te fees could be a bit cheap And they could have resolved the penalty issue in their system than sending you to court !

I have told that how many times i used it. Total 24 times i guess in the 2 months! Because i was using it only once for 3 days in each week for 2 months So its i guess total 24 trip. Which they can see in the oyster cards summarry. The inspector explanied me there are 2 options. First one is out of case settlement and second one is going to court. He said there is no need to worry because they dont send anyone to court if it happens first time. I dont think you will understand my point ! I am saying that i dont want to exemt from penalty but it is not that bad to have a criminal record ! This is too much i hope some one can get me ! Also i didint know about court issue till the inspector told me anyway Have a good day all and i hope you all never will be faced with this kind of things in your life We have a saying in my home ; " eat big , but dont speak big !

I pay my council tax dont worry but you should ask first to Quinn elizabeth to pay her council tax !!! She pays only £1300 for 775 bedrooms buckingham place and i pay the same money for mine which is only 1 bedroom where i am a tenant ! She is living on the tax payers !
