it is illegal for an employer to withhold your p45, definitely get in touch with the unland revenue, while you there double check that all your taxes and national insurance contributions tally up. good luck

you need to check the contract of employment you signed whether you have already authorised your employer to access your personal data where neccessary, from third party organisations. It sounds to me like there are some underlying issues, that your employer wants to flush you out. you might need some legal advice before the disciplinary.
