Hi all, I am having exactly the same problem sent my blackberry bold 9900 to them in excellent condition they said they had received it after a few days and then sent me a revised off from £120.00 to just £44.00 if I did't except then had to pay return fee of £8.95 which like a fool I paid to have my phone returned. About a week later they called me to say they got the revised payment wrong & would now offer £87.50 plus refund the return fee which I again like a fool excepted this was 3 weeks ago now & still no payment but on my account they are saying paid . I don't no we're to go from here as they won't except any emails from me now but I am not letting this go any advice would help to get my phone or money back .
