  1. Thanks Coniff for providing me details have emailed to all of them. Thank you every one for your support.
  2. well I bought a Sony Xperia Z from vodafone around 4 months ago and always kept it safe and out of reach from children with protective case but just last month when i was trying to charge it, it stopped charging upon calling customer service i was told either I can post it or take it to a Vodafone store so that engineers can have a look at it and they will be able to lend me a loan handset as well. So i decided to take it to the store when i went there the adviser booked it for repair and when i asked regarding a loan handset i was simply told "loan handsets are for insurance customers only" and i should have bought the insurance with it,,, well it was then sent to the ENGINEERS.When i enquired on the day which was given to me for collection I was told over the phone that it would take another 2 to 3 days and the Engineers initial report is that there is a physical damage with the phone which does not cover under warranty and i would soon here from the store to collect my mobile. Well after 3 more days i was asked by the store to come and collect when i went there the advisor who brought me the phone told me that the report from the Engineers is that my Mobile is beyond Economic Repair Value and it is out of warranty coz there is a physical damage and I should buy a new handset and they have some fantastic offers on! Well to my shock I told the advisor that i m not going to buy a new handset and there can't be physical damage as i have always tried to safely keep me phone and but was shrugged off then i said i will be taking this mobile to SONY and will see what they say i was told to do whatever i want. So when i contacted Sony they asked me to send the phone through post upon their engineer investigation they didn't find any physical damage at all and told me that the phone is still under warranty and they replaced it with a new handset. I think I was mislead by Vodafone's engineers to think that there is a physical damage so that they can just say that it is out of warranty! I have been trying to complain about this but getting no where every time i am being transferred to somewhere in India and I have been asking to provide me the details of Head of Customer Service UK or Customer Relation Head details but no body knows that there is such a position exist or they don't want to share their details. I have already given my notice due to this whole fiasco.... and written to Customer Service address in UK about 2 weeks ago and still waiting to here from them.....
  3. I have tried calling to complain, chatting and in last, writing to highlight some issues which i have faced but no one some seems to care at all. Still waiting for someone to reply to my letter which was sent 2 weeks ago but to no avail.....asked a simple question several time to give me details of Head of Customer Services but either there is no such Post at Vodafone or No one wants to Share the details so i can complain to him her directly.
