  1. Got denied with co-op just received the letter though the post
  2. Just received a letter from co-op asking for proof of address and ID I've posted it off waiting for a response
  3. By the way, won't it be quite strange that all they're asking for is a signature but not proof of ID etc?

Thanks The Co-operative Bank" What does this Mean in general where it says subject to a few formalities?
