    Yes i sent a letter based around what you said to put. This is what i have received back.

    Hi there, Barclaycard have today sent me another pile of information (duplication of my original SAR request) this time with a copy of my signed application form. It is an easy application form (simply sign and return) however as previously mentioned I took this into a branch for help with completion as it was my first credit card. Both PPI and Barclaycard protection sections are ticked but not by myself. I am assuming this is their response to my letter even though it hasn't been acknowledged. I'm not quite sure what to do next or even if there is anything I can do? Any help would be much appreciated.

    I used the CQ template from Moneysaving expert website. I didn't supply a spreadsheet as didn't know that I was supposed to :-/

    Not as yet, I wasn't sure if I was to send a second letter i.e if they have closed my case now they have made a decision.

    Yes, I requested a SAR first, and then completed the consumer questionnaire. This is the response I received (I'm assuming this is a final response letter)

    Hi, yes they sent all of my statements together with a blank application form. I opened the account in 1994.

    Hi there, I'm trying to reclaim PPI from Barclaycard and have received a letter from them stating that I applied for my card by post and was therefore not mis-sold. I actually applied for the card when I was 18, as it was my first credit card I applied in a local Barclays branch and the application was completed by a member of staff and all I had to do was sign the form! I have requested a SAR and received a blank copy of my original application form with no signature on??? Please could I have some advice as to what I should do next? should I send another letter and if so what should I say? Any help would be much appreciated
