I wish i had seen this forum before i sent my phone to cash 4 phones, their operation is a complete rip off. They make a good offer then reduce it saying it failed there test because of excessive wear and tear, however when you first see there offer all they ask for is a working undamaged handset, and make no referrence about wear and tear. i have just sent an iphone 5, it has a new screen and apart from a few little paint chips around the edges its a good phone, their original offer was £292 now they are offering £116, i have rejected it, but have had to pay a fee to get it back, which i have now learned is against their t&c`s. i am waiting their response, No one use these cowboys not a reputable company, sellers beware you have been warned.
