Hello I need some advise please? I sent my BlackBerry z10 to cash4phone, they offered me £201.50, so I sent it they said because of excessive scratches on the screen they offered me £70 and the odd pennies. there was about four little scratches on the screen. Yet I've rejected the offer and paid the £8.95 and it's nearly been a week since I've rejected it and I still haven't received me phone back. I've tried ringing but no answer!! I've e-mailed them they have said they returns department will send me the tracking number through. Waiting on a email back now. What shall I do if my phone doesn't turn up? Need some help please!!!!
