Hi all, Success!! After threatening cash4phones with legal action and exposing them to the media, i finally received a cheque for the amount they offered me ~ £106.40 for my iphone 4. I will NEVER use cash4phones ever again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone i liked!! i'd recommend them to my ex though!! Good luck with your battle with them everyone

i have been very stupid by sending -in good faith - my iphone4 to cash4phones. They state they sent out a cheque for £106.04 on August 23rd 2013 and i still havent received it. I have contacted them via there 'contact us' online form and have heard absolutely nothing back. to say i'm furious would be an understatement!! After reading comments on here about them, i find i'm not the only person with problems !! (Edit) i will be taking this further
