  1. Hi all.Back again.Am pleased to announce lloyds tsb upheld ppi on loans, but not on credit card.Mbna and virgin credit cards have also not upheld my ppi complaints. These are now being investigated by the fos,so will have to wait there on outcome. The ballance of the lloyds loan has been sold and assigned to 1st credit dca.My last payment on the loan was 2010.So no statute barred there.1st cred have offered what they call a reduced settlement.I have not responded to any of their letters or spoke on phone (BLOCKED NUMBER).I would like to send a cca request to 1st cred using your great template. Was going to use cag mail service but have no idea how to get to it.Found cag webmail but can't login.Any help would be brilliant.

  6. loan before april 2007 as are credit cards. i am not denying my debts.just worried i may get ripped off when it all comes to a head.rw home visit letter refers to money owed to lloyds tsb.they have given a 10 digit account number and ref number.i don't recognise account number.looked at internet banking and payments to loans direct has 12 digit number.loan issued jan 2007.so maybe rw refering to a lloyd tsb credit card.i haven't a clue what they after.so should i cca rw you think and include doorstep stop template.

  11. Thanks renegade.Renegade by name and nature i hope.No seriously.I have been browsing this site for some time now and have copied and pasted many of the templates for sar, prove it etc.Hope you don't mind.I don't answer their calls.Pay virginmedia for incoming call numbers. So i should sar lloydstsb you think renegade and not RW.sorry meant cca lloyds or rw.
  12. Ok then. Here goes. In 2007 i took out a loan with lloyds tsb. Previously i had taken out 2 other loans with same bank. My bank. These 2 previous loans were paid in full. With the last loan i kept up payments until such time that i was made redundant. You have to bear in mind that i have been self employed in all cases. Last loan had ppi with it. So i filled in relevent forms including a form which jobseekers provided me with to prove unemployment. Also sent forms to lloyds tsb, mbna, virgin, capital one, credit card issuers, as these also had ppi. Thought that's it, i'm covered for payments. I couldn't have been further from the truth. None would pay the payments. Having said this, innitialy lloyds tsb said no to the loan payments. Then a few weeks later, they changed their mind and said they would honour it. Got a call out of the blue by a nice lady to confirm. Very strange. Anyway, i was getting stressed to high hell with all those "GIVE ME THE MONEY LETTERS" and you will receive a "DOORSTEP VISIT". Eventually i came across an organisation called CCCS. They were so busy because of people like me and said they'd call in about a month's time and bless them, they did. The gentleman asked what our incomes were (very little). He was trying to work out a debt plan for me. He said utility bills, council tax and rent must come first or something to that effect. After totting up he said there is no debt plan. What do i do i ask. He said nothing. Don't ever talk to these people in anyway he said. Do not respond to their letter's either. Just wait for big brown envelope for court proceedings if they dare, he said. I was quite shocked but after call, which took some time, i might add, i felt as if i'd just been released from jail. The ppi thing really got to me and i haven't paid a penny off loan or credit cards since. If they that desperate, they could take the matters to court. I have kind of hoped they would then i could bring up the matter of them failing me when i needed them. Demanding letters went quiet for a while but just recently i have been plagued by a dca called robinson way. Have not answered their calls. So they have now posted me one of those "NOTICE OF HOME VISIT" letter. Just when i thought it had all gone quiet,it starts again. Should i be worried? I should add that robinson way are acting for lloyds tsb in regards to loan i think.
