Can anyone here tell me how you came across Smile Finance was it through another site or via google or something? I'm trying to see how they are tricking customers into signing up, I believe they are directing people via leads from somewhere else not through their main site and on the page you are redirected to it has no mention of the fee.

diva999, keep hassling them on the above numbers and ask for the managers by name, they should give you a refund pretty quickly if you kick off.
