Hi still haven't sent nothing back to them and they first contacted me in august. Has anyone else still not properly replied and since when, and have they escalated anyone's case to the courts etc.

Hi Still haven't signed the paperwork and sent off, still really unsure about the authenticity about this whole claim. Checked the law society website and there address has changed recently and they have no solicitors registered to that office. Hi New to this thread, received the same letter haven't signed anything yet. Please can people update as and when things happen and will do the same. Also @ Tom what was the final settlement agreed as solicitors fees seem extreme. Thanks
