  1. Hi Brigadier, Lowell said they can't remove the default via email. But Lowell has dropped the claim against me and closed the account because they can't provide the information I have requested, and which they have to lawfully provide as proof of claim, so no alleged debt exists. Therefore, I would like to make an official complaint against them with immediate effect. Please kindly help me on this issue, where its adversely affecting my credit badly. Please help me brigadier

Dear Sir, Lowell has dropped the claim against me and closed the account because they can't provide the information I have requested, and which they have to lawfully provide as proof of claim, so no alleged debt exists. I have done an internet search and found a considerable amount of cases where Debt Collection Agencies are dropping cases as they can't prove any debt, and are making negative remarks to CRA's and refusing to remove them even when they drop cases; so my thoughts are that it is done through spite and malice, and this constitutes a vexatious remark. Therefore, I would like to make an official complaint against them with immediate effect. Please kindly help me on this issue, where its adversely affecting my credit badly. Thanks a lot Brigadier.
  4. Hi ims21, They haven't said about default removal, but if the information is wrong, they should remove the default , isnt it?

  7. Dear Brigadier2jcs , Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I have checked my credit file , but still default is there. Detail : I had Vanquis credit card earlier and they have applied default without noticing me by letter and later stage they sold the account to Lowell and change the default to Lowell. and I have raised the query to Vanquis about the incorrect default , but they said to deal with Lowell, when I sent 3 letter process to Lowell, they replied saying as a gesture of good will we will closing the account, but not stating anything about removing the default. Please help Brigadier2jcs Thank you.

Dear Friends, I have fought with Lowell last three months to remove the default from my account , which was placed mistakenly by Lowell. and they sent me a letter today stated that they going to remove the default as a gesture of Good will Will my credit score improve after this default removed my account? my current score is 566. Please kindly advise me.
