Hi My husband had a loan with First National tricity finance which went into arrears in 2008 but was settled later that year. His file with Callcredit shows it being satisfied in June 2008 although the Equifax file shows a query at that time. The Callcredit file then shows the account as being inactive from then on, but then suddenly in default in May 2009 and now both agencies show us owing £361 - My husband is sure that he did pay it off and he has sent a letter to First National Tricity Finance Ltd.,Tricity House, 284 Southbury Road, Enfield, Middlesex. EN1 1HF Please could someone let me know if this is the correct address for this company,and if so. what else can be done to sort out the problem, as its causing us a big issue with our credit rating Many thanks
