I had a direct debit for £6 but went overdrawn through bank charges! I checked my statement and last month paid nearly £200 in bank charges! Some of the charges were 200% higher than the original direct debit! Is the unfair bank charges thing still on the go?

I emailed them but they ignore me, I emailed them last night telling them I'm ceasing payment and have informed the ombudsman!

Some years ago I had an egg credit card. I got into difficulties and it was referred to moorcroft. Since 2007 I have paid £50.00' per month by standing order and never missed a payment. The debt was around £4k so you would think I'd have near on paid it off? WRONG!! I still owe them nearly the full amount! Is this right? Can they do this? I have tried to contact them but not getting any response from them!
