the company who charge me the £80 is the finance facility, not 1plus1loans.

i bank with Halifax

the bank is saying before they can do the charge back they have to wait till the money leaves my account before they action this.

they're saying its because if a was to buy something out of the shop, i could call the bank up and say to do the chargeback so therefore they have to wait. I'm getting really confused with all this. i cant thank you enough for your help.

1st call to the bank and they're unable to do a chargback at the moment but due to the funds not left the account yet, i asked if i can stop the payment and they're nto able to do this.They also advised that if it's in their C&T's and they asked me on the phone ifi am happy with this then there is nothing i can do.

Thanks again for the fast reply, i will wait for the next bit of advice. What the company is saying is that its in thier T&C's and therfore didnt need to tell me. (i stupidly didnt read the T&C')but if i asked them why they need the details surly they need to give me the reason. at the time they said that they would take a 50p charge to prove its a valid bank!

I found this company on line and filled out the form, got a call back quickly. went over some details and I was asked for my card details. at the time I thought it was a little dodgy, I asked what this was for and I was told by the guy it’s just for security reasons, he didn’t once tell me he was taken £80 out of my account. I called them back and I was told it was in their T&C's that there is a charge and thats that. Although the guy took my details over the phone and I asked what it’s for surly they have to tell you there and then that they're taking money out of your account?! I feel sick with the way this company works. they have now left me with next to no money. I am now not eating or able to sleep due to all the worry. where do i stand with this or do i have to accept that i have been had off? Thanks
