Edit Keep your eye out for the Bailiff [edit]...you never know when he will be knocking at your door. If you have lost money to this person, I would not bother to go down the County court route, he doesn't pay and he claims the cars he sells are not his, so, he has no assets.

[EDIT] Very nice house with nice expensive looking gates and some very expensive cars outside, my cousin had a CCJ served on him a couple of years ago and she got paid in the end, good luck every one make sure you put this address on your court papers as he is a sole trader!
