  2. Hi Everyone After reading all the advice on here I am currently in the process of getting my PayDayLoans sorted, after speaking to Pounds to Pocket I was told I would need to wait until I miss my one month off (holiday) before we could talk about the Arranged Payment which is odd but ok that is fine. I have also secured a separate bank and everything is going great so far. However I have a question that I requested below: (I have all this in writing) Please can you confirm that your company agrees to my preferred methods of contact and will not contact me whilst at work, either on my personal mobile telephone or work number.(please remove my works phone number if you have one on file) You have 3 methods of contacting me (letter, e-mail, personal mobile - which has voicemail enabled for messages to be left) which should be more than adequate for your company to communicate with me regarding the repayment of the loan. All other payday company's deleted this data instantly without question and confirmed they would only deal with me on email, mail and mobile. however this is the reply I got. P2P: I can understand your concern however we cannot delete your customer account records from our system. Record retention obligations under the UK Money Laundering regulations require us to store your data for five years from the date of processing. We respect your wish to keep your data private and will not release or disclose your personal information to any outside entity nor contact your employer as you have requested. Me: I only wish for your to delete my works phone number which you have to do. P2P: Pardon me? Did you state that I had to? I do apologize but I am unable to delete the requested information. We do have government obligations that we must adhere to. Are they allowed to refuse my request to delete my works phone number? Thanks in advance. Electron650
