Hi. I gave a deposit to someone for a vehicle and the person has stopped answering my calls and looks like he has scammed me. Is this an criminal offence and how should i go about it. I met the seller and we he showed me a car, and we continued talking about another vehicle, the seller asked me to leave him with £100 so he could recover the Van which was in another area. So i left him a deposit and he wrote me a receipt, and now I've been trying to call him and have had no answer. i know now that i wont be getting the van or my money as its been almost a week now. I would like to know if i report this to the police will they be able to help me or is this a Civil matter. Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I sign on for JSA on Wednesdays and before i used to get paid into my brother's Bank account, but recently i opened the Post Office account which only benefits can get paid into. I would like to know how long it takes for the payment to reach the account. Before i got the money on Saturday. Thanks For The Feedback.
