  1. Hi Everyone, I am new to this but after reading some of the threads I felt I ought to contribut my experience too. I am considering how to claim back if possible as much as I can from the bank as many times I have been left without anywhere near what the government says I need to live on. I have been in touch with my bank because a couple of weeks ago I discovered there was £112 taken off in charges. They did agree to pay back £80 that once and also have put a control on my account for six months which means there will be no further charges. However, after six months there will be a charge for using this control. I did notice after being on the phone for almost an hour it was when I said that my benefits are coming off in charges that they offered to pay back the £80. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I would be able to claim back the fees they have taken from my benefits until now? WAs it legal for them to do so and is it still legal. I am now facing bedroom tax which is leaving me even worse off and unable to get on an even keel. The next stage will be eviction if this continues, already had a letter with this threat. I am also registered disabled and unable to work. What is the best course of action? Any help would be much appreciated.
