  1. yes checking they have enforceable agreement which i dont believe they have now 2011 i got the card
  2. my last payment was this month, as im waiting for a copy of the original CCA,
  3. i never used the card as it was one of those 0 balance transfer offers which the other debts were as well i haven't moved, also all the debts are no longer on my credit report and haven't been for at least 3 years
  4. hfc its nearly 10 years ago i had about 6 different debts at the time which im finally sorting out i should have sorted it out at the time i know, however on this debt i defaulted and debt was taken over by moorgate in 2014 then sold onto idem servicing in 2017 then sold on to hoist in 2022 now lowell
  5. thank you, the debt has changed hands a few times, so its going to be unenforceable,
  6. On the 6th of april 2023, i had sent a CCA request to hoist finance, i had a reply acknowledging my request dated 12th of april 2023, this morning i had received a letter, dated 16/05/2023, saying this debt has now been sold on to lowell my question is this do i need to send a new CCA request, to lowell or is it too early to dispute the debt thank you in advance
  7. happy days http://www.theguardian.com/money/2014/mar/16/dwp-jobs-website-universal-jobsmatch
  8. and you can also set it up, with fake UJ accounts
  9. information already added thank you osdset and mr p
  10. i should add it is a programme that applies for universal job match jobs on your behalf
  11. cannot post a link as i havent posted enough posts however if you look up universal-jobmatch-comes-unstuck on johnnyvoids site you will be able to see the page can someone link to it for me the software works, however it only works through the first page of job searches, and does not apply for jobs via 3rd party sites however its early days yet
  12. the thing to do is accept it then submit the employers details here via the boycott workfares name and shame page the minute you are are out of the jobcentre touchwood it means that companies will be hit by negative publicity straight away
  13. i had a feeling this will happen which will possibly force the dwp to put pressure on the companies to give feed back, and it will tie up companies even more either this or companies will tell the dwp where to go obviously if there were the jobs out there this would not be a problem but as there isn't, its a case of grinding the system down so the system collapses under the weight of applications,
  14. it is now 12.48 am just finished asking for feedback on 200 + jobs i had applied for going back to late last year this folks is the way forward, thats 200 + companies tomorrow all pulling their hair out if you times that by the supposed 900,000 that are no longer on the work programme i give it all a month if people do something like this
